Pickup windows are 9 am–12 pm, 12–2 pm, 2–4 pm, and 4–6 pm. You don't need to be home. Leave your bag out before the window starts. Delivery is within six hours of pickup, or next-day delivery. Each household is washed on its own, fragrance-free detergent is standard, and you get an itemized email receipt.
