We weigh every bag at pickup. If you go over your included pounds, it's $1.99/lb and you get a receipt with the weight.

We use your mobile and email only for your pickups and deliveries. No marketing texts.

Pack hanger items in a separate bag with your own hangers (we don't supply them), then list them in Special requests.

By default we wash cold and tumble dry on medium. Tell us anything else, like folding towels separately or no plastic bags.

Add-ons are charged to your card after pickup, with an emailed receipt. Recurring pickups are on for your plan, and you can skip or change any pickup from your account.
