Pick your plan and a pickup time in about 2 minutes. Sign in with a code we email you. No password.

Any sturdy bag works the first time. You don't need to be home. Tell us where you'll leave it.

Your pro follows your preferences: fragrance-free detergent, Molly's Suds, or your own. Whites separate if you want, and notes for anything special.

Your first pickup

What to expect.

1. Pick a window

Choose a plan, your address and a pickup window at checkout.

2. Bag out

Put your laundry outside before the window starts. Any sturdy bag is fine the first time; your NoLaundry bags arrive with your first delivery, so use them for every pickup after. Add hang-dry items and notes when you book.

3. Track it online

Your status page shows when we've collected your laundry and when it's on the way back.

4. Weighed & washed

We weigh each bag. Each pickup includes a set number of pounds with no cap. Extra pounds are $1.99 per lb, charged to your card after we weigh, with an emailed receipt.

Care extras

The details, handled.

Add them when you schedule. Only comforters cost extra.

Hang-dry

Skip the dryer: items come back damp on your hangers to air-dry. Bring your own hangers.

Cold wash, towels folded in thirds, whatever you prefer. Written once, followed every time.
