We weigh every bag at pickup. If you go over your included pounds, it's $1.99/lb and you get a receipt with the weight.

Return on hangers

Pack hanger items in a separate bag with your own hangers (we don't supply them), then list them in Special requests.

Special requests optional

By default we wash cold and tumble dry on medium. Tell us anything else, like folding towels separately or no plastic bags.

Add-ons are charged to your card after pickup, with an emailed receipt. Recurring pickups are on for your plan, and you can skip or change any pickup from your account.

Leave your laundry outside before the pickup window. You don't need to be home.
You can use any bag or container for your laundry. Pounds over your plan and add-ons are charged after we weigh, at $1.99/lb, with an itemized receipt.
